                      CALL FOR PAPERS

   IEEE International Conference on Computational Cybernetics

                         ICCC 2004

             August 30 - September 1, 2004,
         Vienna University of Technology, Austria

Computational Cybernetics is the synergetic integration of
Cybernetics and Computational Intelligence techniques. Hence the
topics of the ICCC covers not only mechanical, but biological
(living), social and economical systems and for this uses
computational intelligence based results of communication theory,
signal processing, information technology, control theory, the
theory of adaptive systems, the theory of complex systems (game
theory, operational research), and computer science.

Important Dates:

Proposal for special sessions and tutorials:  April 15, 2004
Extended deadline for submission of papers:   April 22, 2004
Notification of acceptance:	                June 1, 2004
Deadline for submission of final manuscripts:   July 1, 2004

Submission of Papers:

The working language of the conference is English. Submitted
papers have to be original, containing new and original results.
The material must be unpublished and not under submission elsewhere.
Prospective authors are invited to submit a full paper (max. 5000
words) electronically in PDF format at the conference homepage:
http://www.vmars.tuwien.ac.at/iccc04

Each accepted paper has to be presented by one of the authors at
the conference and must be accompanied with a registration fee.

All papers will be peer reviewd by at least to independent referees
from the international program committee of ICCC'04.
Submission  implies the willingness of at least one of the authors
to register and present the paper.

Selected papers will be published in the Journal of Advanced 
Computational Intelligence & Intelligent Informatics (JACIII).
