[cpia] cpia-control was broken by pygtk 0.6.6->0.6.8 upgrade

forcing a downgrade of pygtk (only) from 0.6.8-> 0.6.6 (while keeping
pygnome-1.4) fixes the problem, so cpia-control seems to be incompatible
with pygtk-0.6.8, not pygnome-1.4.....  Hmmm.  What changed in that release?
