Should the USB driver not be covered on this list? If not, I can
explicitly put another email address in the source, etc

This is most likely not a resource problem, but could be a UHCI driver
problem. Work is being done to fix some possible problems.

Does this reproducibly happen ALL the time? If so, then it may be
something else.
