Question about parallel port configuration

I think, that the software on http://www.panteltje.demon.nl/mcam/
may use some sort of nibble mode. At least it is mentioned on the page?

Maybe it could be backported into the driver?

(Not that it matters to me, but if it matters to the original poster)
