[cpia] Creative Webcam II (Parallel) problems

I still have been unable to get mine working.  I am still getting the
/dev/video: No such Device error.  I have parport_probe in my kernel and
have tried with kernel 2.2.15 and 2.4.0-test5 and cpia 1.0 and 1.1.  If
you could give any insight on how you installed it, it would be greatly
appreciated.
