Hi there,

Ive got a big problem with my TerraCam.
At time Im running Debian 2.2 with Kernel 2.2.16 and some patches
(ReiserFS,
USB, and the cpia-modules) - and the same problem exists on the
2.4pre5-kernel.
So, the problem: The webcam might be disconnected without any reason and
reconnected by the uhci-module. The light at the camp is for a moment
off/on.
Then the application, like xawtv gqcam and so on, tells me /dev/video
doesn't exists.
This happens every time in an 30second till 3min random intervall.

Here are the kernel-messages:

Me were told that the cam would be running fine.

If somebody need more information of my PC then contact me.
But I think I should say I have an VIA-mainboard (VIA USB-Hub or

Hi,

Leuten
ohne Probleme laufen soll.

mehrere.

MfG
