[cpia] Single frame captures and autoexposure

If your lighting conditions are constant enough, you could use manual
exposure settings.  Let the manual exposure settle down once and record
the exposure settings from /proc/cpia/videoX.  The just set the settings
and turn on manual exposure in /proc/cpia/videoX before grabbing frames
from the camera.
