[cpia] 0.5.0 installation help?..

 Hi Folks,

 I've been following the list with interest for the last few months. I have the
parallel port version of the camera, and I'm trying to install the actual
cpia-0.5.0 software. I have mcam working just fine, but couldn't figure out how
to install the cpia software.

 Are there any instructions or help pages at all?
