[cpia] CAM crash debug

Redhat 6.2 with kernel 2.2.15 + backport USB
cpia 1.0

Problem:
Sometimes cam goes down and vidcat returns "Can't open video device".

Temporaney FIX:
Plug/Unplug webcam connector
