[cpia] Driver stability

I've got the same problem for the past several months now.
I installed 2.4.0 recently and gave the cam a whirl.. same
problem.  Machine locks hard.

Using Linux 2.4.0 on an ABit Bp-6, 320MB, 2x466 Celeron,
and an EZonics EZCam USB.  I'm using usb-uhci module
since uhci (JE) doesn't work too well anymore (it did
before, but hangs still occurred).

I've posted dmesg's and what not before.
