[cpia] problems with kernel 2.4.5]

Hi,

yesterday i have tested the new kernel. Using the v4l cpia-usb driver in
the kernel results no picture in gqcam. Compiling the 1.2-driver results:

it seems to be, that it is a problem in v4l. 

how can i use my usb-cpia -camera (terracam usb) with kernel 2.4.5?
