[cpia] Updates of Drivers

Unfortunately the cpia.c and cpia.h drivers within linux are not the
latest. 
you need to download the latest CVS drivers from  
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/webcam/cpia/module/?only_with_tag=HEAD

and download the cpia*.[ch] files into
/usr/src/linux/drivers/media/video and it should work.
I believe there may even be another set of recent patches that may not
have made it to the CVS 
in past messages on this mailing list that may be needed. Anyway if
above does not work, I can send you the patched cpia*.[ch] files that
work for me with respect to using my QX3 microscope.
