[cpia] ANNOUNCE: webcam-1.2.1 release

Hi,

The CVS sources for the cpia webcam driver are brought up to date for
2.4.17 kernels, and released as webcam-1.2.1 at sourceforge.

This project is now in "minor maintenance" mode.  The following needs to
be done, but may not happen, because the hardware seems obsolete...

TODO:
- push driver updates into official kernel (may be difficult because they are
  not structured as small incremental changes). The CVS source is significantly
  improved over Official Kernel sources.
- implement DMA access in 2.4.x kernels for parport cameras (someone mentioned
  doing this on this list a while back.)
- Video for Linux (V4l) version 2 updates will be needed for 2.5.x kernels...
