[cpia] Inquiry about increasing the frame rate of web cam on Linux

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have bought a Samsung Anycam MPC-C10 and I used mp4live inside mpeg4ip
to capture video. However, even I chose to use 30 fps in the mp4live, the
max. fps can only up to 9.xx for 352x288 raw video. I would like to ask
how can I increase the frame rate of my web cam. Do I need to change the
setting of my video card?

Could you suggest me any high quality webcams that supported by Linux and
USB 2.0?
