[cpia] cpia-1.3.1 driver released

Hi

I updated the driver source tarball at http://sourceforge.net/projects/webcam
to the latest CVS source.  The release is cpia-1.3.1

It builds on 2.4.x (including redhat-patched 2.4.20) and also 2.6.0-testx
kernels now.  Its the same as the Official Kernel
2.6 source plus  ECP+DMA parport support which I finally managed to
test on 2.6  (I couldnt get 2.6 parport_pc to activate ECP+DMA before now)
(also USB bandwidth selection, as in cpia-1.3.0)

If any tests, please give feedback.
(I have a feeling that something is not quite right in the automatic exposure
control).

cpia-control can control most features.
