​Dear "PRACE in Austria" subscribers,

the abstract submission deadline for AHPC2020 has been extended to Dec
4th, 2019. Please find below the message from the AHPC2020 organizing team.

Please consider sending an abstract and/or participating in the upcoming
AHPC2020 meeting. We'd also like to ask you to encourage further
submissions and participation by members of your research group. Please
feel free to forward this invitation to other colleagues as well as to
your local HPC communities.

In February 2020 the Austrian HPC community will come together at the
AHPC2020 in Klosterneuburg. This meeting is not only an excellent
opportunity to present your latest research results and learn what other
users are doing with using HPC systems but also to exchange ideas
between the users and providers of HPC resources.

Dear HPC users, experts, and afficiendo,
based on several requests, the abstract submission deadline for the
upcoming "Austrian High-Performance Computing" (AHPC2020
https://ahpc2020.ist.ac.at/) meeting will be extended to Dec 4th. The
AHPC meeting is THE meeting to discuss current and future challenges of
HPC related issues. Use this opportunity to tell others about your work,
and submit a brief (up to 1 page) abstract, and present your work either
as talk or poster. More details are available here:

Besides the scientific program, there will be also the opportunity to
participate in a guided tour through "Stift Klosterneuburg" [1]
(historical tour or tour through the winery). There will be also
industry participation at this AHPC2020, with "elevator pitch" about
their products and services. You should not miss out on these
opportunities.
