The Cuban Society of Mathematics and the University of Informatics 
Sciences invite you to participate in the International Congress 
COMPUMAT 2015 to be held from November 25th to 27th in Havana, Cuba.

PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

The papers presented at the scientific workshops should comply with the 
following format standards:

Sections:

-Abstract in Spanish and English

-Introduction

-Development

-Conclusions

-Bibliography

The length of the papers should not exceed 10 pages. Font should be 
11-point Times New Roman. Paper size should be Letter with 3.81cm upper 
and lower margins, 1.2cm right margin and 2cm left margin. The text 
should be written at 1.5 space with a blank line between sections.

PDF documents will also be accepted provided they comply with the above 
guidelines.

Two separate documents should be sent: one with the complete article 
including the names of the authors while the other should not include 
the names of the authors as the papers will be blind-peer reviewed.

The organizing committee has the right to reject those papers that do 
not comply with the requirements above.

IMPORTANT DATES:

Papers should be sent to the Organizing Committee from February 15^th 
until September 30^th , 2015. Authors will be informed of their papers’ 
approval before October 15^th , 2015. **

How to send the papers

To send your paper, please visit

below*:*

1.Register: to createa new account, you should click on “Create a new 
account” at the right of the authentication area. The system will send 
you an automatic message with further instructions.

2.Send paper: Use the “Send paper” link once you have authenticated. 
Then you will be allowed to upload your paper in the above-specified 
formats.

Participation fees:

*Delegados:*150.00 CUC (120 CUC if payment is done before October 10, 
2015).**

*Students:*90.00 CUC **

*The fee includes *welcoming cocktail, meals at Congress sessions, 
participation in the work sessions, publication of your paper in the 
Congress proceedings and participation certificate. **

**

*Accompanying persons:*60.00 CUC, including welcoming cocktail, meals at 
Congress sessions and participation in the work sessions. **

*PRE-EVENT COURSES *

You can ask to participate in the pre-event courses to be taught on 
November 23^rd and 24^th , 2015. Detailed information about them can be 
found athttps://compumat.uci.cu <https://compumat.uci.cu/>. The 
inscription fee will be 20CUC per course. Delegates to the Congress can 
participate in one of the courses free of additional charge.

Lodging and transportation

The Organizing Committee will not be responsible of the participants’ 
lodging or transportation, but it is recommended to use one of the
