Being the executive minister of my State. I awarded the contract of IRRIGATION to Portuguese 
Firm worth several millions of dollars.
In the execution of that project the Portuguese Firm discovered large amount of gold in one of the contract site. 
I collaborated with the Portuguese Firm on a mutual agreement on the proceed of which I have received my share of 65.000.000us$(sixty five million dollars).
As the minister, I cannot introduce or circulate this funds into the Western Sahara banking system 
considering my provisional duty and the considering the fact that I earn less than 1.000US$dollars monthly coupled with the Bureau of 
conduct guide lines and regulations for Public Civil Servants. 
The above situation prompted my decision to solicit your co-operation to take
delivery of this funds into your custody for my proposed investment as you are aware
am a civil servant and undeniably has no flair in commerce, of which you may have a higher comparative advantage.
You will be adequately compensated with US$ 6.500.000 which is exactly 10% of the fund. 
I will arrange all necessary procedures in ensuring a smooth process for the

Gouvernement de mon pays j'ai attribué un contrat d'irrigation à une société Portugaise de plusieurs millions de dollars.
Dans l'exécution de ce projet la société Portugaise a découvert un gisement d'or
sur un des sites. Ayant collaboré avec la société Portugaise j'ai reçu en guise de compensation la somme de 65.000.000us$ (soixante cinq millions de dollars).
En tant que ministre je ne peut transférer cette somme en utilisant le circuit
bancaire traditionnel de mon pays. De plus mon traitement mensuel n'excède pas1.000us$(mille dollar).
J'ai donc pris la décision de solliciter votre aide afin de vous confier ladite
somme. Votre gain s'élèvera à 10% de la somme totale soit 6.500.000us$.
