[cpia] new version of cpia-control available

Hi,

I have released a new version of the cpia-control program. There are
only two changes:

- support for the lights of the Intel QX3 microscope
- small patch related to the formatting in the proc-filesystem
  
Now since I have two cameras I am working on a glade-based
rewrite. Stay tuned.
