Trial and error. There is no way to figure out which one is which right
now.

If they are USB cameras, they could switch after reboot depending on how
the USB subsystem was started. If all of the devices were plugged in when
the USB subsystem was started, and you rebooted the system the same way,
then it'll most likely enumerate the same way.

That's not quite a guarantee.
