I've been using the Webcam II under both linux (using cpia-1.0) and NT. I've noticed that NT gets about twice the frame rate that gqcam gets. Adding vic on linux cuts the frame rate in half again (about 5fps using vic on linux). Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get better frame rate?
