[cpia] Parallel Webcam II + 2.2.15 troubles

Hi,
	It has been a while since I posted this question... maybe someone
has an answer now :)  Basically when i modprobe version 1.0 of the cpia
driver ever thing seems fine but when i try to use it it tells me No such
file directory.  There are details below about how i made the
devices... any ideas?
