[cpia] cpia-control-0.2.1 now available at sourceforge

Hi all,

I have released a first version of the cpia-control program at
sourceforge. There are no functional changes to version 0.2. I just
rewrote the framework, added documentation and created it also as a
debian-package (patches for rpms are welcome). See

for the download. I will add the save/load camera state next. There is
already code there but it turned out to need a rewrite of the
state-handling module to work reliable. So stay tuned.
