[cpia] Problem compiling cpia-1.2 under 2.4.2 kernel

I'm a RPM junkie.  Sue me. :-)

I downloaded kernel-2.4.2-2mdk.src.rpm from rpmfind.net (part of Mandrake
Cooker), rebuilt the kernel RPMs, and then installed them.

I guess maybe Mandrake has added some weirdness to their RPMs.  It wouldn't
be the first time.
