[cpia] Stereo cpia cams

Hello,
I bought two ezonics webcams, and when i use one, they work using
the cpia driver.  I'm wondering how I would go about setting it
up so that I could use two at once, since the reason I bought two
was to investigate stereo vision research for autonomous robotic
navigation.
