[cpia] cpia webcam 30fps??

I wouldnt use a USB camera if you want high frame rate. Unless you only want
tiny resolution. Even then 30fps is pretty unlikely.

I dont know what bandwidth you have, therefore how much compression you need.
Or what resolution you require, so I cant give any definite recommendations.
