[cpia] a new CVS branch for a .v4l2 driver for 2.5.x kernel

After applying the PnP patch against 2.5.44 [1], I've got the current
cpia CVS compiled in.  I can now give the parport camera a test on my
state of the art hardware [2].

That might be useful.  I've created "nwh" as an account.

I've already spotted that the module counts are not getting incremented
when the cpia device is open, so I'll look into that.
