Hi,

I finished upgrading the cpia driver to use all possible parallel
port modes, including full use of DMA with fast ECP ports, and
CPiA (nonstandard) "Nibble" mode on plain "unidirectional" ports (i.e. without
TRISTATE capability), which wasnt implemented before (this gets about 60KB/s,
as good as standard TRISTATE "Byte" mode).

Thanks to Blaise Gassend <blaise@gassend.com> for getting the DMA working!

Also, for usb, the "alt" setting is now controllable through the latest
cpia-control, and multiple cameras can now work simultaneously
on the same USB hub if "alt" is reduced from 3 to 2.

This driver is currently only for 2.4.20 (and probably 2.4.19) kernels, and is
in CVS at sourceforge in subdirectory kernel-source-2.4, but I'll backport it
to work with older 2.4.x kernels soon. (changes in Video-4-Linux occurred in
2.4.19).

The latest cpia-control is also in cvs.

Please test!
Duncan
