[Publicity] AEC summer school at RISC: we need your assistance

Dear participant,

we are looking forward very much that you will attend our summer school.

We would like to ask you for two favours:

1) Please send us your approximate arrival and departure times for
Hagenberg. In this way we can make sure that the reception at the hotel 
Hagenberg is open for you.

2) Organizing this event we tried to minimize costs (e.g.,
no conference fees, etc.), and we obtained rather cheap hotel rates
for the attendees.
However, you have to pay a penalty of about 50 Euro (per person) if we
have to cancel your room after July 19.

In this regard, we ask you for your help:
If it turns out that you cannot attend our summer school or that you
probably will not make it (e.g. because of some visa issues), then
give us a short notice until
       July 18.

Note: If it turns out afterwards that you can still make it, there will
be no problem to book you a room again. Only cancellation is a problem...
