[Publicity] AEC summer school at RISC: please confirm your booking

Dear participant,

we are looking forward very much that you will attend our summer school.

Organizing this event we tried to minimize costs (e.g.,
no conference fees, etc.), and we obtained rather cheap hotel rates
for the attendees. However, you have to pay a penalty of about 50 Euro
(per person) if we have to cancel your room after July 19.

In this regard, we ask you for your help:

In order to finalize your booking, please confirm us till
     July 18
once more that your travel planning works fine and that you will attend
the summer school.

Note: If it turns out afterwards that you can still make it, there will
be no problem to book you a room again. Only cancellation would be a big
problem...

In addition, please send us your approximate arrival and departure times
for Hagenberg. In this way we can make sure that the reception at the
hotel Hagenberg is open for you.
