[Publicity] Conference OPSFA: Shuttle Service

Dear participant,

thank you for your registration to the OPSFA conference 2019,
which will take place in  Hagenberg, Austria, from July 22-26, 2019.

As indicated at the conference webpage:
We organize a shuttle service *from Linz airport / Linz train station to 
the hotel Sommerhaus in Hagenberg* *on Sunday (July 21)*,
and in the opposite direction *from the hotel Sommerhaus in Hagenberg to 
Linz airport / Linz train station on Friday afternoon (July 26) and 
Saturday morning (July 27)*.
Please note, that there is no shuttle service offered from/to other 
places than described above.

If you wish to use this shuttle, please send your arrival / departure 
dates with exact times as soon as possible,
but before July 15 to: opsfa2019 at risc.jku.at

In case you have already given some time via the online registration 
form, and you now want to change it or
you are not sure any more about the date, please contact us.

In case of some late change in your arrival times during your travel, 
please also send an email to: opsfa2019 at risc.jku.at

The schedule of the schuttle service will be sent out to those who use 
it a few days before the conference starts.
