[cpia] How do I use the Makefile?

Hello,

I am trying to compile the par port driver (pp_test1.zip) for the
Creative webcam II to run on the dos/windows under Windows 98.  However
I am not familiar with makefiles or make.  I have MS Visual C++ on my
machine but I can't don't have make in MS DOS Prompt.

Do I have to compile the program on a Linux machine using the GNU Make?
or can I run it on Windows as well?  If anyone knows about this, can you
please email me?  Thanks in adavnce.
